I think the customer service is very good. They worked really hard to get our business and still working hard after getting it. We had a few bumps with the free Deja Vu device we had in the beginning but since it was replaced with Clover we've had no issues. The pricing is very competitive as well. Kim was very patient with me. I have tried to pull up my February statement and was locked out for 3 days. I called 4 times and I was told someone would get back in touch with me on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. No one called me back. So I called again on Thursday around 9:00am and Kim called me back around 10:00. She did not give up on me. I am 70 years old and there were no PC classes when I was in college. It is trying to teach an old dog new tricks. Today students are brought up in the technology world and I was not. Thank You!!!
